Austin-Healey Sprite - Montego Engine

Hi can anyone tell me if an engine from an Austin Montego/Maestro 1.3 will fit my AH Srite MK1. I got it with a 1098 low compression engine fitted from a Morris Minor Van or that's what the engine number tells me. I have the chance of a 12h engine from a 1.3 Montego Im led to believe an A series plus engine. To start with I need to change the gearbox mounting flange but is there any other changes modification I need to make. Regards
