MG Midget and Sprite Technical - 1500 track rod ends
I have a brand new pair of track rod ends suitable for a 1500. Incorrectly supplied and the supplier doesn't want them back. No use to me but perhaps to someone on here. Free of charge, just pay for postage in UK which would seem to be £3.10 Any takers? |

Two weeks ago, it would have been a perfect timing :) New ones are fitted now, so no need for me... Thanks for proposing :) |

Also for 1275 midgets, 1972-74. |

Good offer thank you, I don't need them (I will of course after you've passed them on).
Those also fit the 1275, GAN-5-114643 on, it sez so in the Driver's Handbook (and they're on my '73 Midget). The First Line made ones I got I was surprised to find used a metric thread and nut (wheel end), I don't know if this is common, and not usual metric nut but M10 1mm thread (17mm spanner). Just goes to show the really cost and value of items like these that they're not worth having back (allowing for return and handling costs to return to stock). - ETA: as often happens someone posts whilst I'm still typing (Driver's Handbook doesn't give a date and I can never remember, Terry Horler's book has that number at Feb '72 build). |

I would like those please Simon, if they're still up for grabs. Mine are getting a little bit shoogly! Very generous of you to offer them. Can you email me please: seagorilla@gmail.com Thanks very much. |

Grey, metric or imperial nuts don't matter when using 2' Stilsons. |
