MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Air filter choice

I'm trying to find an air filter with an oval neck for my Eaton SC, rather than a circular one, anyone know if they are available? I've had no luck surfing the net so far this afternoon.

could you run the likes of a K&N cone filter by squeezing it down to create the oval?

I could but its a bit rough to do it like that, i'm looking for an oval with dia 40mm & the centres 60mm apart.
