MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Alloy radiators
Anyone got a preference for Serck vs Radtec http://tinyurl.com/82yjll or http://tinyurl.com/5nz5jy Mind you, with the pound as low as it is I might as well order from Speedwell.... |

Nowt wrong with Sertec ISTR this was a conclusion in the latter part of 2008 certainly less pounds per rad |

Someone tell them (Serck) they have the picture of the 1275 midget radiator upside down ;-) Alloy for ultimate weight saving, greater cooling capacity or just the bling ... ? (toby - on the flickr pics of your engine, whats the unit on the side of the block at about mechanical fuel pump point with the braided connections to the head?) |

Dean - Oil drain.. 2x JIC8 fittings from the head + 25mm hose to come (thats the big 'ole) up to a 10mm breather to try to kill off some of the crankcase pressure... My old rad had a couple of leaks and besides, whats wrong with a bit of bling ;-) |

And there was me about to braze a nasty old pipe fitting into a plate for my 1380 in the same spot ... ;-) Looks superb. |

I think Speedwell just do a vertical flow rad although it looks more like a crossflow. |
