MG Midget and Sprite Technical - door dismantling
I have been dismantling the doors today whoever deigned them obviously never had to assemble them, was it some sort of torture for the bad lads at MG.funny thing is i dont remember it being that bad when i assembled them 10 years ago. |

The worst job on the midget in my opinion. Particularly fitting the clips that hold the outer weather seal. |

Mark I feel your pain! I found this link very helpful when I rebuilt one of my doors - the other is still waiting to be done!: http://www.mgexp.com/article/mg-midget-and-sprite-door-assembly.217#utm_source=alias&utm_medium=mgexperience.net Chris I tried making my own clip fitting tool without success so I finally bit the bullet and paid some money for one of these. I can't actually remember where I bought from but think I paid more than this : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/373074315439 Colin |
