MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Door hinge rebushing

Hi All,
Anybody rebushed the door hinges to get rid of the slop from worn castings? If so how? Many thanks.

I used to have a Morris Minor which had worn out hinges. I drilled out and used oversize pins. Might they be available for the midget? Could be worth searching for?
