MG Midget and Sprite Technical - emissions decal

Does anyone have a good photo of the '74 under hood decal (for the FMVSS emissions)? (USA market only). This is the quite large, silver decal located on the RH side of the bonnet slam panel. None of the usual vendors sell this (VB. Moss, etc.), but there is a guy in the US making them for MGBs right now, to an extremely high quality:
