MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Fitting a Mountney Steering Wheel

I have just been trying to resolve a problem with the Sprite it had been re-wired so that the horn worked off the headlamp flasher. I am returning this to it's original function.

The problem I am having is that I cannot see any slip ring or pencil bush off the mountney boss has anyone got a picture of how they have done it on theirs.

btw its on the 67 sprite.
