MG Midget and Sprite Technical - fitting metro turbo carb
Hi just fitteb an metro turbo carb to my 1973 1275 midget on a titan manifold it goes like hell at the top end but is very rough when cold on idle. have block the two pipe for the lean off system and added a breather pipe for crank case vent. has anyone done the same and will the needles or jet need changing |

I think the base equipment for a HIF is a BDL needle and a red spring, isn't it? (unless we left the original needle in the Metro carb for 6 months, including a Le Mans trip, and wondered why it wouldn't go) |
