MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Fuel tank sender, 1500 Midget.

Hi folks.
I've just removed my fuel tank (1978 1500 midget). The tank sender is worn/damaged beyond repair. BRA960. Does anybody have any preference for replacement? Are the current ones for sale all the same manufacture? Are we talking Chinese tat? Any UK manufactured ones available?
