MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Hoods and Tonneau covers

According to the Moss catalogue, Sprite 1 (frogeye) hood is different to Sprite 2 and midget 1 hood. Yet looking at the cars they should be the same, are they?

2nd question, my frogeye has the rear deck cutaway as per later cars and the tonneau cover sags and collects water when it rains, should i be able to fit the Sprite 2 and Midget 1 tonneau rail. Is that what they are for?. Any body got a pair?.
