Its still not quite finished (ha ha) but couldn't resist saying a thank you to all who have contributed to my car starting - today; just now.
A little smoke on first rev then clean and running on tickover. fuel pump has primed itself and is pumping etc.
Thank you everyone, its a lovely world at last!
Just need to sort out all the front crud that was hidden by that big bumper (I removed it to find its had a front end knock that has been covered over with an earlier valence - yeuch)
So it will be worth putting the seats back in etc. Lots of smiles. Wheres me pint! Son getting married tomorrow, Eh up its made me day. (week even). Yippeeeeeee.....
