MG Midget and Sprite Technical - KAD Calipers

I've just fitted a pair of the KAD 4 pot calipers using a dual circuit M/C. Even after bleeding a few times the pedal still feels soft, driven about 50 miles using a bit of brake so they have a chance to bed in...

They still feel soft, my question is do you think the M/C displaces enough fluid to work 8 pistons?

I will be contacting KAD in the morning so any help in the meantime would help..

The KAD web site says they should work with the standard master cylinder.
I have Wilwood calipers and they have to be absolutely vertical to ensure proper bleeding

Yeah those KAD caalipers are junk...best you just send them to me, I might have a place on the shelf for them.....cause Im such a great guy, Ill even pay the postage.....LOL

Seriously with a 4 pot caliper...its going to take a while to bleed them out....probaby easier doing before attaching to the car...but from what I have read they do work well with the orginal master clyinder

Hey t m dalton, Hereford and Worcester, United Kingdom ,,,,

You dont happen to have a product # or factory code for those wildwood calipers do you....cant aford the $1400 price tag for KAD calipers here in the states

I even fitted Speed Bleeder Nipples to help with the process, I suppose with the new pads and disc's it will take a little while to bed in fully..

I would be interested in what you discover. I have AP cast iron 4 pots on mine and my pedal also feels soft and has a fair bit of travel. I rebled them last night but no change. i think I will try again with the calipers off the car and rotated so each bleed nipple is at the top of the caliper to ensure all the air is exhausted.
