MG Midget and Sprite Technical - lucas coil HA12 11C12 DIFFERENCES

The MG midget / Austin Healey Sprite has been fitted with various Lucas Coils. Can anyone tell me the difference between a Lucas HA12 and a Lucas 11C coil and also changeover dates?

The HA12 was fitted earlier but later superseded by 11C12. The HA12 is shown as the fitment for the MG 1300 saloon and MGB but LA12 FOR THE MORRIS 1300 but THE MORRIS 1300GT is fitted with the HA12 Coil!
