MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Pads Compatability
Just want to confirm that midget Pads ('73) are the same as some Minis....and that I can safely order pads from the mini guys ? (MLB37 for Mintex) i.e. Mini Sport have Mintex MLB37 in M1144 for £34 http://www.minisport.com/mlb3744-brake-pad-set-mintex-m1144-mini-1984-on-8-4-discs-12-wheels.html And thats the same as Motorsportwolrd (for example) list for the Midget http://motorsportworld.co.uk/framefix.asp?ProductCode=MLB37M1144&PID=1148564 Mintex dont list the MG Midget in their online fitment guide strangely - (but does suggest the TR7 used the same pad...really!?) |

Dont worry - mini spares agree "Brake pads for 8.4" diameter brake dics, with single pot calipers as fitted to all Minis 1984 on, later 1275GT and Spridget. In C-TECH M1144." |

I vaguely remember that the front shoes on a mini drums are a better fit for the midget drums. You will want to verify that before ordering Prop |
