MG Midget and Sprite Technical - passed the test!

hey guys! well my little car passed the manx test on thursday so happy days! just like to thank all who gave me help and advise over the last few weeks. I was even more pleased by the fact that the car just in front of me failed the test; it was a 3 year old Bentley, owner didn't seem very happy to see the examiner shaking my hand! lol

oh and the bloody DVLA have lost my V5c which i've been waiting for now for 5 weeks. Now have to fill out an export certificate, which will take another 4 weeks!

Congrats, enjoy the car. I am still looking forward to the warm glow that a nice crisp mot cert will produce, hopefully later this year. You can look forward to sunny days behind the wheel while I contemplate another sunday on the garage floor covered in oil.

thanks! i suggest all midget owners relocate to the isle of man! it would reduce your stress levels when mot day arrives, and with our low tax you can have another midget just for the weekend!


pic is of TT races at the top of the mountain! that is a purfect bit of road for an midget! 175+mph through there, obviously not in a midget!!
