MG Midget and Sprite Technical - pertronix??

Yepp, thats the one you want... I would also look at there ingintor 3 series, I wass reading up on that perticulair chip about a week ago, and look vary smart Btw...put a bit of silicone at the 2 wires where it come out of the chip, and drill 2 holes in the dissy cap to run the wires out and postion the wiring so its got a straight line with out much flexing, The problem with the pertonix is it likes to "Hinge" on the 2 wires right at the joint where the 2 wires comes out of the chip, and the wiring will break down over time and want to short out. of coarse, Ive never heard of this happening to anyone else with a 1275,,,just my personal experiance Prop |

Also....sometimes the rotor bug is to tall, if its compresssing the carbon element and spring of the cap beyound the max and is causing rubbig issues,,,just file the bottom of the rotor bug off about 1/4 inch, and should be okay. Prop |
