MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Recommendations needed for a welder in South Wales

Can anyone recommend a welder based in South Wales who could change the sills on my 1500 midget? Preferable in the heads of the valley area.
I have the sills but no time or space to do the job myself at the moment.
