MG Midget and Sprite Technical - seatt fitting

Hi, does anyone know if the seats from a 1275 MK 3 with runners will fit in a 1098 MK 2 i.e are the holes in the floor all in the same place?

I recently accidentally ordered the floor half the seat tracks for a 71 midget instead of a 73 Midget and found that they are not the same because the space between the tracks is different (did not line up with the holes in the floor). After buying the correct ones (after reading the Moss catalog more carefully).

The point being that they are not all the same.
