MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Starter switch wiring 1973 Midget
Hi Please can you help? I have 1973 MG midget 1275cc. Iam having trouble connecting wires up onto the ignition starter switch back of the steering column. It's neiman it has 5 terminals with different voltage markings on switch. Can you tell me which wires connect to correct terminals please. Thank you Andrew |

It would help if you could say what the markings on the switch are. |

Hi Andrew, As its Neimann, the continental numbering prob applies here. Try this............ 30 = Batt live.....................Brown wire/wires. 75 = aux.........................white/green 15 = igniton.......................white wires. 50 = starter solenoid...........white/red. If not, as David says give us the numbers next to the terminals Hope this helps. Regards Steve |
