MG Midget and Sprite Technical - What is this on my frog-eye?
Hi Messing about with my carbs today, I found this sitting underneath, lodged in a corner of the chassis. I think it must have been sitting there a while as I don't think I dropped it, but maybe I did? Any idea where it came from? Something on the linkage maybe? Thanks, Graham |

That's part of the choke cable abutment on the original dual H1 setup; Moss calls it "COLLAR, choke control pin". See part #64 on this diagram.... - Bill |

I have vivid memories of lots of odd parts that fell into the depths of engine compartments and took hours to find :-) I started fooling around with these cars about 1968, so there have been a lot of parts dropped over the years .... Thanks, Prop - I think! |
