MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Will MBG door handles fit on Midget
I want to add some nicer door handles then the plastic ones on my 1500 midget. Does anyone know if mbg handles or perhaps the chrome door pull that would fit on midget to sprite up to 1967 fit? The Moss order number is 803-440 |

Thor - Maybe you could use the chrome handles from earlier Midgets with the roll-up windows. I really doubt the inner door structure changed all that much, and if the hole spacing for the chrome items is the same as that for the later black steel/plastic ones, you may be okay. -:G:- |

the chrome lift up ones(early midget) have the same spacing as the plastic ones - I have them for mine! |

This is a crazy idea, Try a kitchen cabinet shop, Most of the cabnit handles are on the same spacing and you have the pick of 10's of 1000's of designs, materials, and colors to choose from....google and check them out on-line I got my eye on a couple handles myself at westlakes Ace hardware store prop |

LOL, I know that sounds crazy, but seriously, have a look sometime, Im not so certian that aint what lucas did, after all he did say the companys mission statement was to use "Off the shelf part" to build a sports car for the masses. prop |

>>> "Off the shelf part" <<< Right... "off the shelf," but not "off the cabinet door." Ha, -:G:- |
