MG MGA - 1600 brake caliper adapter plates

I have sent a couple of e-mails to Green Components about his adapter plates that make it possible to use MGB calipers on the 1600, but have not got any reply. Does anyone know if he is still in business?

If these are no longer available, does anyone have practical experience with the adapter plates that Moss offer?
