MG MGA - Cibie Type 22 headlights. What bulbs

I have a pair of old Cibie Type 22 headlights. They have the concave lenses and were quite common in the 60's. With a lever on the back you could convert left to right dip pattern. Very similar as you would see on a Renault 8.
Struggling to find what bulb fitting they should take, any ideas?

Are they QI or no? At the time, Cibie were marking the lens "Iode".

Either way, you need to ID the bulb base and filament arrangement of the original bulb, if you do not have one. Most of the time, the filaments are the same, so the base is most important.
Then you can either search for original bulbs, or better, most of the old plain tungsten bulbs are now available with H4 on original type bases.

I have seen/owned concave Cibie which came with H4, but I've never seen the switch-over type, which may affect the bulb. Also, there were several different bases used on H4 in the early days, some came in new lamps and some were contemporary conversions for other bulbs. Some of these were impossible to find for years, such that experts in the field would tell me that the bulb I had in my hand did not (ever) exist; but, most are now available with much searching (and cash!)

Pic of bulb holder might help, especially with major dimensions noted. Or of course, the bulb number if you have it.

From what i have found out they might be P45T H4 Bulbs . But have no confirmation on what bulb is actually fitted.

If they are P45T, then you are good. Some lamps of the time came with either H4 or Tungsten, customer choice. H4 are a glass cylinder with a point, Tungsten are a big round globe (but little light!).
