MG MGA - Coil question

On replacing the coil with + -markings only, wich ones are CB and SW

Consider the distributor as the ground connection. Then connect the coil the same as the battery. If the battery is + ground, then the + on the coil goes to the distributor. If the battery is - ground, then the coil - goes to the distributor.
