MG MGA - Confidential Service Memoranda (55 items)
I have just finished uploading the last of 55 articles of Confidential Service Memorandum(s) pertaining to MGA cars. See here: http://mgaguru.com/mgtech/care/cf130.htm I can't be sure there are not more of these outstanding, but these are all that I have been able to identify at this time. There are 44 more CSM's applying specifically to the mga twin cam cars. See here: http://mgaguru.com/mgtech/twincam/tc120.htm One detail emerging from this is something I have been searching for for some years. This is the dimensions of the crankshaft rear oil seal scroll diameter and mating bore in the engine block. I'm sure there are a more such jewels here that may spawn a few more web pages. |

Thanks Barney, I think I speak for all of us on the BBS when I say that we appreciate it. Mike |

Dear Barny. Allow me to add my thanks to Mikes. I will soon begin my MGA's restoration as a graduation present for my younger daughter when she finishes her doctorate. Your website will feature, prominently, in that restoration. Thank you for taking the time to keep it up. Many of us appreciate it,even if we do not mention it often. Les |

Thanks from me too Barney. Very interesting to see how mods came along for the early MGAs... All done on a typewriter too! Pete |

I want to express my appreciation for the major contribution Barney makes to the MG community. I completed my 1960 1600 restoration in March then ran into the darndest string of part failures, over heating and simply weird problems. Barney's patience and knowledge was instrumental in all of the problems being solved. My wife & I are now driving a lovely smooth running Glacier Blue MGA. Thank You Barney Morris Wadds |

As always GREAT JOB. My 57 coupe would not be on the road today if not for your web-site. Cliff(SC) |

I do have MG278. It is Twin Cam specific, so it is in the Twin Cam list here: http://mgaguru.com/mgtech/twincam/tc120.htm Now that I have all of these things I am contemplating how much work it might be to fold them all into a common directory and change all the cross reference links. |

Thanks, Barney, for all you have done for the MGA world. You are the MAN! |
