MG MGA - Distributor curve

Has anyone changed their distributor curve when ugrading their stock cam to a fast street cam?? I need a source to get this work done and have no idea what the new curve should be with a fast street cam. I also would like to hear from folks who have upgraded their cam without any modifications to their distributor.
