MG MGA - Distributor data link

A lot of posts in the archive about distributors contain a link (http://www.telusplanet.net/%7Echichm/tech/) that is supposed to have Lucas data. I have not been able to access this site. I get a 404 error, page can't be found. Does anyone know if this data is still available somewhere else?

and see if it is working. It was as of a few minutes ago. The link that Dom provides is a good article on how the dizzy works and how to modify it, but the link, from that article to the distributor advance curve data, does not work. The one I have posted does seem to, at least right not and from my computer.
