MG MGA - Exhaust manifold MGB/MGA

Following on from another thread, does anyone know if the MGB exhaust manifold will fit into the space available in the MGA?

It will for RHD, but you will obviously need a custom exhaust to match. This came up the other forum where it was suggested that the MGB manifold would not give any benefit.
