MG MGA - Flywheel bolts

I am having a little trouble reinstalling the flywheel on my 60 1600. One of the bolts wants to turn some in the flywheel flange. Is this a Press fit? What is the solution here? I sure do not want to disassemble the engine again.

MGA flywheel bolts must be installed in the crankshaft before the crank is installed in the block. Conversely, the crank must be removed form the block to change the bolts. The bolts secure the flywheel and precent rotation of the flywheel on the crankshaft. The flywheel is otherwise aligned by a close fitting pilot diameter counterbore fitting around the crankshaft flange.

The shank of the bolt should be light press fit in the crank flange, but it may not matter if it is just a little loose. One side of the hex head on the bolt is intended to nestle up against a shoulder on the flange to prevent the bolt from turning. As long as the hex head prevents continuous rotation of the bolt, you should be okay. Maybe apply a drop of bearing set adhesive to the shank of the bolt where it nests in the crankshaft flange.
