Cheers from Estonia!

Very nice, looks like it's brand new.

Some interesting mods there. I like the polished door panel stiffeners, but the padded panels look strange. Not sure about the body lower side strips. Nice air cleaner maniifold on the Weber. Is it sorted out to run right yet? You must change out that clothes dryer hose for the correct air duct pipes. Does the MGB thermostat cover imply it's an 1800 engine? Sorry about the dent in the radiator tank. What's the blue thing under the master cylinder? (Maxi pad, maybe)? Sweet machine, just begging for the first gravel raod rally to become baptised as a daily driver.

Your hard work shows.

That's a nice looking car, and you've obviously spent a lot of time on it. Question: Did you happen to fit new reproduction leaf springs in the rear? It may just be the photo but it appears to sit a little high at the back. Not meaning to be critical, just curious.
Del Rawlins

Very nicely done MG!

Hey, If I get to Tallin again, do I get a ride in it to see your city again? Have you taken it on the Ferry yet to drive in Sweden or was it Finland? Nice looking car. Enjoy it. You have a one of a kind there.
JEFF BECKER

My favorite of all the features: a chrome dipstick!
Karl Leclerc

Nice looker!

What caught my eye is the air filter on the DCOE. I've never seen a setup like that before. Was that bought as a DCOE part or did you adapt a Weber DGV (downdraft) filter to fit the DCOE.

To Barney:

The door panel stiffeners are origional(from MossMotors). The DCOE aircleaner manifold is homemade, I did it because the filter did not fit there with
the origional clip/clamb mode it began to douch the wheel well. I think the "clothes dryer hose" is just fine there. The Engine is origional 1600 and thermostat cover is also origional only polished.
Mr Barney, don't be bothered, very soon I gonna replace a brand new radiator anyway. The "blue thing" is polishing hanky, good place where to hold it.

To Cam:

Here in Estonia is one MGA more, That car is MGA 1500 and arrived few moth ago, this is also a long project car.
Here we have also a clean MG Midged MK 1961 and a project 1980 MGB.

To Del:

The back leaf springs are origional. The car sat on a rolling platform a long time after the body and frame jobs where done. The back axle with
his weight stretched the leafs springs and now the car end rised higher, In the picture I have a full tank and backup wheel in trunk,
I think it looks great.

To JEFF:

I finished the project this summer in september, I have cruised only aboat 500km in my home country. Next year I am gonna go certainly further on.

To Derek:

The filter is RedLine filter and for Weber DCOE40, read what I wrote to Barney
MGartin

Very nice. Do you have any before photos

Very nice indeed! I hope mine looks that good when it comes home for Xmas. I have only been waiting for 8 months and that seems a life time!

I'm with you MG - the fresh air hoses look fine even if they are not the exact copy of the originals and not unlike the repro ones fitted to mine - cheers Cam
