MG MGA - Head gasket

Hi all
I'm looking for a Payen head gasket which is unavailable in the U.K. No UK supplier seems to carry any Payen stock.

Moss USA have this as P/no 296-405, about $24, not stocked at Moss Europe.

Would anyone in the USA be willing to buy me one for me and get Moss USA to ship it to me in the U.K. at all? I would of course pay all costs.

Ask Chris Betson, he knows where to get them in the UK. Otherwise I have a couple on stock

Payen head gaskets are hard to get in Oz also. Two regular suppliers had no stock last week. Eventually got one. I see it is made by Federal Mogul. One supplier said ownership had changed recently causing supply issues. From memory previous units were made in South Africa.

I've been using Engel Imports USA a bit lately
They've got them listed for $23US
Really easy Paypal etc purchase online but check on freight costs

I live about 40 minutes from Moss USA's Virginia location and go there for my parts when I need something. I'll buy one and and send it to you if you can't find one elsewhere. Let me know.
