MG MGA - Industry Colour code for springs

certain springs on the MGA have a colour code. e.g.valve springs, clutch pressure plate springs, etc.
Springs are identified with coloured paint. Special tuning data where stronger springs are recommended are identified with different colours. Has any one out there ever seen an industry colour code for springs ?
