MG MGA - Intake Venturi discussion
Now this may test the memory of some of the forum members. There was a discussion a number of years ago where some guys were creating intake venturis / flat trumpets to sit within the air filter against the intake throat. Does anybody have a link to the tread, or even better have a drawing they can post of the final profile of the intake venturi. Cheers David |

David, you need to look up Steve Gyles website, I think it is mgaroadster.co.uk. Steve pretty much came up with idea and design for the inlet stub stacks. Colyn |

Colyn, I googled Steves name and found what i was looking for on Barneys MGA Guru site. My dad will cut a set on his lathe tommorrow. Thanks. |

Glad it helped. I was going to get a pair of stub-stacks made for my car but I swapped the SUS for a Weber DCOE and so couldn't use them. Dads are great too, my dad would have loved to have been given the task of making them up, he was a genius with a lathe. Cheers Colyn |
