MG MGA - MGA Twin Cam
I have tried the dedicated Twin Cam web site no answeres as yet so maybe the Members on this site can help me. I intend fitting 2x Weber 40 DCOE to my car and would appreciate any info on air cleaners to use plus any photo's of such an installation(incl. or excl. air cleaners)would be of great assistance. Go to the MGExperience site, Motorsports section. http://www.mgexperience.net/phorum/list.php?41 There are a lot of guys who have extensive experience with modded MGA including Twin Cams and crossflows. Gonna be tight fitting filters in there! FRM |

Trevor, are you a member of the Twin Cam group? If yes search the files section there ist plenty of information on Weber carbs. If not, join the group like quite a big number from SA did. Siggi |

A member of our club has just sold his twin cam to Australia. He had fitted twin Webers to it several years ago and made the linkages himself. The car is still on the boat and is due to be with its new owner in 2 weeks - he is Nick Stipis and hopefully will post on this board in future ( our club member is 81 and doesn't have a computer let alone go on the web). I will try to get them both to contact you with photos and fitting details - I don't remember seeing air filters by the way - but it certainly flew. |
