MG MGA - Petronix Distributor

I have purchased a new Petronix "flame thrower" distributor for installation in my 1962 MGA with positive earth. The instructions state that the black wire is to be connected "directly to the ignition switch wire." The diagram shows this wire as connected directly to the ignition switch itself. Although this is probably an idiotic question (as are most of mine), can someone tell me exactly where the black wire really is to be connected, i.e. fuse box, ignition switch (and, if so, which terminal), spliced to the ignition wire itself? Thanks much.

Catsby,

I believe if you click on the video from this page it will help you.

Red to Coil +, black to coil - (on a -ve earth car)
dominic clancy

I managed to install it today taking only 10x the time employed in the video. A bit of fiddling was needed with respect to timing, and I still have to convert the advance from a screw-on to a small connection hose. However, the car seems to run very well, and I appreciate the help.
