If anyone has an MGA specific web page which I haven't linked to yet, do tell. I try to maintain links to every known MGA specific web page in the world. No small task, but at least it's still finite. Check to see if you're on my MGA personal pages list.

Sorry, I don't link to the commercial photo album sites, but I could assist to start your own personal web site.

There you go!

Here's ours - the resto is still on-going (I know, aren't they all?) but we've put 7,000 miles on it in the past year including Watkins Glen, Key West and Gatlinburg:

Struijk Koen, M Gannon, Ken Doris, you guys have to look first. I've had your links for some time already. It's tough to stump the guru. I search for MGA web pages periodically.

Ken Doris, when I saw the MG Site Ring linking block on your web page I knew I had to have yours linked, because I also maintain the MG Site Ring.

Gary Starr, something wrong with your URL? "The page cannot be displayed".

Just a couple of stories for the MGA as I did not post my rolling resto online till I started my E-type. Will eventually get round to some retroactive information.

Tomi, Niel, Gary, Sigbert, got you all linked.

Gary, is the Photobucket album temporary, or expected to stay posted indefinitely?
Barney Gaylord

Barney- I'm so new at this,I have no idea what I'm doing. Son helping me and he leaves for school in a couple of weeks. I'll then be on my own trying to do this. I assumed it would be indefinitely, but we all know what that means. Gary

Sigbert.....you have a relly great Website...nice job and The best of luck in your racing endevors....Tom Koch

Gary and all. A personal web site is easy enough to do. You only need one web page to start, after which you copy and edit to make more pages. There is a section at the end of my tech pages titled "Off Topic" which provides enough information to get your own web site started.

These days you can have 5 Giga-Bytes of ad-free space on a web server for about $5 per month (maybe 50 MB of server space free if you can put up with the ads, but why bother). You can register a domain name for $8 per year. Sometimes the domain name registration is included with a paid server account. The largest expense is likely to be your internet data connection, which you already have. When you have a domain name you can change servers at any time, and you never have to change your web address again. Anyone can be a web publisher for cheap.

JohnB - Nice vintage racer. Did you go to Hallett for the all MG weekend? What groups do you race with?

We build aluminum race seats for MGAs if your interested.

Thanks guys.

Skip,

I did go to Hallett and had an absolute blast broken swaybar mounts and all. I did all of the MGA races, and a very low impact enduro. I did however come home with 2nd in the handicap. As an annoying friend of mine pointed out, it doesn't matter how fast or slow you are as long as times are consistant. I have to start somewhere!

Hallett is a beutiful facility. Being from Colorado and now only having 2 tracks to play on in the southern part of the state, it was nice to see some landscape other than yucca and bindweed.

I was looking forward to seeing the Vintage 31 MGA's there but missed them. They sure do look nice! Were you guys there?

Hi JohnB -
The tow to Hallett was just too far for us. We were accepted to the Wine Country Classic held at Sears Point the same weekend. 1 hour tow from home. Keith Sears and Bud Somola of Yarwood engineering (our motor builders) did make the 1500 tow each direction from Cressswell Oregon. They loved the event. We are working with MGVR on a all MG race in early 07 to be held at Laguna Seca.

Congrats on your successful weekend!
