MG MGA - Quick fill petrol cap ?
My 1600 is fitted with this petrol cap and has been for a long time. It has an 'over centre' type of operation in that it flicks open with a small lift and stays there until another small nudge will cause it to 'snap' shut. Has anyone seen these fitted to an MG before? |

John No idea about the cap, but what engine are you running? Crossflow head? Steve |
Steve Gyles |
Well spotted Steve - exhaust on the opposite side - nicely fitted through the rear valance though. |

Youse fellers have a bit of a problem with this line of thinking, as all the crossflow heads I've seen have the exhaust on the LH, same as standard. Maybe it's the "wrong side inversion" factor? FRM |

Original engine with few modest internal mods plus extractors, high flow two inch ss exhaust split at the rear more for appearance than anything else. |
