MG MGA - Rear engine seal

While my engine is out, I have asked the local rebore company to modify the seal as per Barney's instructions. However, they are having difficulty findig a 'viton seal' as required. What have others used, and where can I get one from in the UK? I have tried Brown & Gammons, David Manners etc
