MG MGA - Rear Shocks and links needed
I am embarking on a little research program for my TF and want a pair of used, but servicable MGA rear shock absorbers, and links in similar state. I am prepared to pay any sensible sum for such a pair of shocks INCLUDING THE LINKS - outright - no core available. And of course, I will also pay shipping/postage, etc. I live 10 minutes from the US border where I maintain a mailing address, so either US or Canadian shipping address is available - no fussing with customs, etc. Please contact me off the BB at the e-mail addr. noted at the left. Thanks. Gord Clark Rockburn, Qué. |

Gordon, If you haven't already, check with the folks in NAMGAR, http://www.mgcars.org.uk/namnamgargar/shtml/.shtml , and see if they can help you locate all these parts together. Otherwise, you might consider at least getting the replacement shocks from World Wide, http://www.nosimport.com/shoxcatalog.htm and finding your links elsewhere. JAS |

Geez, Gord. If you'd asked earlier (before Winter freeze-up) you could have borrowed a set off one of my MGA's. Assuming they're still servicable. I've never really checked. That way you could perform your research without putting uot any cash. If you can wait until Spring thaw, we can set something up. |
