MG MGA - Speedometer Calibration

I have just had my MK2 Coupe fitted with the Sierra 5 speed gearbox and I am delighted with the transformation. However my speedometer is way out and needs re calibrating together with the trip odometer needing repairs. Who in the UK is good and reliable at doing this job? and can someone remind me of the calculation to determine the turns per mile in order that I have the correct information
