MG MGA - speedometer pinion gear

I have a good friend that needs a speedometer pinion drive gear.
The gear and shaft ony is needed as the square part that the cable fits into is wallowed out.
1957 MGA
Moss Part nummber is 461-430 NLA.

Thanks for your responce but is it possible you have the wrong NAPLES in mind?
My wife and I have spent many days at the campsite by Rhinefalls and enjoyed every minute.
Being fortunate the Royal Canadian Airforce transferred us to France (near Luxembourg) for 5 years and we used that time to see Europe from southern part of Italy to the shetland Islands off Scotland.

I have been to Naples FL, so I am not confusing the two places. Gio lives in Germany, not in Italy..... I have the pleasure sometimes of a visit from him here in Zürich when he passes through .
