MG MGA - Steel Wheel Hubs

Can someone help me with the difference between the 1500 (drum brake) and 1600 (disk brake) hubs for steel wheels? I am presuming that the attached photo is of the 1500 style.

I am interested in a pair of 1600 style hubs for a conversion to disk brakes.

1600 hubs look much like MGB hubs, but of course they are different (bearing sizes and spacing). The disc bolts on from the back, so there is a machined shoulder and bolt holes. Also looks like a bigger version of the Spridget hub. Big trouble is - 1600 hubs are very scarce, since I think they came only on 1600 MGA, and the disc wheel hubs are NLA new.
