MG MGA - Steering wheel centerpiece

I have a wood steering wheel with, what I suspect, is a non-standard hub. I would like to order the Moss centerpiece. Can any one help with the dimensions (inner and outer circumference or diameter?

Dan, my steering wheel is the standard MG wheel. The hole diameter measures 3 and a fat 1/8 inches-- (would you believe it is exactly 80 millimeters???) Don't forget that the centerpiece is held in place with tinnerman clips.
