MG MGA - Twin Cam cooling air exit
Our pushrod MGAs have some cooling problems, most seem to be related to getting the air out of the engine compartment rather than in. The Twin Cam had special louvered panels at the bottom of the wheel wells, mostly for engine access. Perhaps the louvered panels could be installed in a pushrod A to help air exit the engine compartment? I don't find the part in the Moss catalog, any ideas on where to source it? Russ |

Russ, The louvered panels for the Twin Cam wheel wells are made by Kilmartin in Australia. These are correctly made with the louvres pressed from both sides. Some reproductions only have the louvres pressed from one side and are unsatisfactory. Kilmartin should have agents in the USA. Send them an email. http://www.kas-kilmartin.com.au/ Mick |
