MG MGA - Twin Cam Parts

I'm after some parts for my Twin Cam engine, namely front engine plate (I have Peter Wood's details) cam bearing caps, exhaust manifold, chain tensioner and various little bits, any help would be appreciated, I've tried most other sources so please forgive me if this is not the appropriate place to ask.
