MG MGA - Twin Cam Radiator
I just bought the twin cam off ebay, by default. Now I need a correct radiator. Does anyone know where to get one? Soon I hope to have this car up and going. So if you see a 1622 engine for sale its mine. |

By default? How is that? I think that there was a twin cam engine on ebay too. I take it you didn't get that? |

It may be tough to find a twin cam rad. I think that you may end up having one made out of MGB bits and pieces. |

What engine are you planning to use in this car? You mention a 1622 which is a pushrod engine and will use the stock MGA radiator but you may have to drop it down a bit because it will sit 1" further forward in the twin cam body shell. You would only use the twin cam radiator with a twin cam engine since the size and position of the hose outlets are different than the pushrod. Frank |

I visited Peter Wood in UK the other day. He has 10+ of everything TC (Twin Cam)... Think he mumbled something about having new top tanks.... Mine is Original TC converted to Pushrod by blanking up one hole and adding a filler neck. <MARK> 801 ... on the ship to Oz... |

I expect you noticed the Twin Cam radiator on ebay, # 4577259716. Just thought I'd mention it since noone else has. Randy Myers 59 roadster, coupe |
