MG MGB Technical - Air filters
1979 LHD roadster with large brake servo converted from one Zenith carburettor to two SU HIF4s leaves very little room for air filters. Currently I use two Pipercross foam filters mounted onto air trumpets. Does anyone have thoughts for altarnative solutions? Thank you! Bjarne |

Hi Bjarne I would consider using a remote air filter at the front of the car with a cold air intake. I don't know of any ready made 'plumbing' to do this, maybe the pipework from a different twin carb car could be modified. Some Triumphs had a remote air filter feeding a box bolted to the carbs. K & N do conical filters that I think will fit. |

Hei Bjarne! As I promised you earlier today. Here comes the filter specifications: K&N conical filter for SU: KN 56-9320. Got mine from "GIK Turbo teknik" in the Gothenburgh area. Hilsen Erik |
