Installed new master cylinder now my brake lights stay on as if my foot is on the brake. Any help? Thanks! JOHN |

Not sure about your year but on my 69, if I remember right, the brakelight switch in the front of the box covering the master cylinder can be adjusted by unscrewing the nut and screwing the switch further in or out of the box to account for where the plunger reaches so it is not activated when in a resting position. |

You need to screw the switch further into the box if it is staying on. |
