MG MGB Technical - Brake Pressure Switch
I have bled my brakes twice now and the pedal is 'almost there'. I realized after bleeding the brakes that I never loosened the brake pressure failure switch (the brakes are firm at first). I went through the archives and found a few comments about loosening the pressure switch (Brake Bleeding 1998). Can I loosen the brake pressure switch without needing to re-bleed the brakes? Or should I hold the brake pedal down while I crack the pressure switch? Thanks, Zach |

If the seals are good, no fluid will leak out of the switch when it is loosened. I'm not sure how opening it will help you bleed the brakes. |
